Integrating access control with CCTV links every door event to its matching camera recording, so an operator can see what happened the moment an alarm fires — without opening a separate video system.

Every access event — a valid entry, a forced door, a denied card — is tagged to its nearest camera automatically. Operators get a live video pop-up the instant an event happens: up to 4 camera feeds at once, with a queue that holds up to 100 events so nothing gets missed.
Investigations that used to mean manually scrubbing through hours of separate CCTV footage become a search instead — filter by date and time, by device, by camera, or by the event itself (for example, events tied to a specific access card, or a door left open too long).
On the floorplan view, cameras appear as clickable icons — click one for an instant live feed from wherever the operator already is working.
This runs through the IBSSweb CCTV Integration Module, which works with ASIS’s own FlexCam NVR line or with any ONVIF-compliant camera you already own, so existing hardware doesn’t need to be replaced. Geutebruck VMS is natively supported for larger, multi-site deployments.

How Does Access Control Integrate With Visitor Management and Time Attendance?

A Visitor Management System handles temporary access for guests and non-permanent staff, working alongside your access control system so a visitor never needs a permanent card.

Hosts pre-register a visitor through GoENTRA or IBSSgo; the visitor receives a QR code or an email link ahead of time.
On arrival, the visitor checks themselves in — at the reception counter or a self-service kiosk — using that QR code. Access to the site is then activated with an access card, a QR code, or biometrics (fingerprint, face, or iris), so reception staff don’t need to badge anyone in by hand.
A live camera check against the enrolment photo at the door confirms the visitor is who the pass says, which stops a pass or card from being shared between people.
For staff time attendance, the Time Clock Report module turns the access events your system already records into attendance reports, without separate time-clock hardware.

How Do Access Control Systems Integrate With Elevators?

Access control integrates with elevators in one of two ways: lift call, which locks the lift door until an authorized credential is presented at the lobby, or lift access, which only lets a cardholder press the floor buttons they’re actually allowed to reach.

Lift call: the reader sits at the lift lobby, next to the car. The lift door stays securely locked until an authorized person presents their credential.
Lift access: the reader sits inside the lift car itself. Once access is granted, only the floor buttons matching that cardholder’s rights are enabled — every other floor stays unreachable from inside that car.
Both modes run on the same three-step flow: a lobby reader identifies the cardholder, role-based access control returns which floors that person may reach at the current time, and a native API dispatches the car and pre-selects the right floor button — with no separate lift-security console.
This uses a native API to Hitachi, Mitsubishi, and Schindler dispatch systems, so there’s no third-party middleware sitting between access control and the lift.
