RMA Portal

RMA PORTAL

To return an RMA, please go to RMA Portal (For Registered Dealer Only)

  • First, send all enquiries/details to rma@asis-technologies.com via email. Details required:
    • Company Name
    • Email (RMA issues)
    • Office Telephone Number
    • Address
  • We will send an email with a default password to login.
  • After received the default password, go to RMA Portal.
  • Click “Customer Login” link at the top left corner of the web portal. Login with email and type default password provided by us.
  • Click your email address at the top left corner of the web portal.
  • Go to Profile Detail account page and click on Login Info.
  • Change your password and login again.
  • Login an RMA Portal using email and password.
  • Click “Submit a Request for RMA” link, on the top right corner of the web portal. Then fill in the Product code and information/detail.
  • Enter product code of RMA item that is faulty and need to return back to our company, fill in the form with all the details required.
  • If there are a few items to return, click the “Add another product to return” button. After entering all the information, click “I am done adding product(s)” button.
  • Login an RMA Portal using email and password.
  • To review the status, click Check RMA Case Status.

Note: Please proceed with RMA Request Form if not able to use an RMA Portal.
