Our platform enforces a strict, tiered access control policy at every level. In sensitive zones, multi-factor authentication is mandatory. The true power lies in the system’s deep integration with operational workflows. Leveraging the onboard Python Scripting of our WebENTRA controllers, we implemented complex logic essential for fab operations. This includes managing airlock sequences, enforcing anti-passback rules, and integrating ESD turnstiles that test personnel before allowing cleanroom entry—making the security system an active participant in maintaining process integrity.

Furthermore, direct integration with the client’s SAP HR database automates the entire access credential lifecycle, instantly provisioning or revoking access as an employee’s status changes. A dedicated Visitor Management System ensures that all non-employee site access is strictly controlled and monitored.
