Our answer was a masterclass in open-architecture integration. We forged a deep, seamless connection between our IBSSweb access control platform and the Hitachi Lift Destination Control System. Now, a tenant’s journey is a single, fluid motion. When they present their access card at a lobby turnstile, IBSSweb instantly authenticates their credentials and communicates their authorized destination floor directly to the Hitachi system. The system then automatically dispatches the most efficient elevator, pre-programmed for their destination. This intelligent dispatching reduces congestion and energy use, while the security integration makes the journey seamless and secure.
