Step by Step Registration guide for RMA Portal
- Please send all enquires/details to email@example.com via email. Details required:
- Company Name
- Email (RMA Issues)
- Office Telephone Number
- ASIS Technologies will send you an email with default password to login.
- You need to change password. Login to your account.
- Click your email address at the top left corner of the web portal.
- Go to Profile Detail account page and click on login info.
- Simply change your password and login again.
Guide how to use RMA Portal
- Click "Customer Login" link at the top left corner of the web portal. Login by email and type password provided by ASIS Technologies.
- Click "Submit a Request for RMA" link on the top right corner of the web portal. Then fill in the product code and information/detail.
- Enter product code of RMA item that is faulty and need to return back to ASIS Technologies. Fill in the form with all the details required.
- If there are few items, you may click the "Add another product to return" button. After adding all the information click "I am done adding product(s)" button.
Review RMA Case Status
- Login by email and password.
- To review the status click Check RMA Case Status.
