Step by Step Registration guide for RMA Portal

  1. Please send all enquires/details to support@asis-technologies.com via email. Details required:
    1. Company Name
    2. Email (RMA Issues)
    3. Office Telephone Number
    4. Address
  2. ASIS Technologies will send you an email with default password to login.
  3. You need to change password. Login to your account.
  4. Click your email address at the top left corner of the web portal.
  5. Go to Profile Detail account page and click on login info.
  6. Simply change your password and login again.

Guide how to use RMA Portal

  1. Click "Customer Login" link at the top left corner of the web portal. Login by email and type password provided by ASIS Technologies.
  2. Click "Submit a Request for RMA" link on the top right corner of the web portal. Then fill in the product code and information/detail.
  3. Enter product code of RMA item that is faulty and need to return back to ASIS Technologies. Fill in the form with all the details required.
  4. If there are few items, you may click the "Add another product to return" button. After adding all the information click "I am done adding product(s)" button.

Review RMA Case Status

  1. Login by email and password.
  2. To review the status click Check RMA Case Status.
