VMS manage visitor database in a premises.
Customer visiting is manage by visitor request, the requestor have to request for the visiting via the console with visitor information, number of visitor, expected time of arrival, company name.
Upon customer arrival, the visitor identity is being scan for his visiting requested. Upon confirming the identity, label will be printed with visitor name, company name, and photo. At the same time the visitor pass issuer can send a message to the requestor to inform that the visitor have arrived. Visitor request, arrival, pass return information is being recorded in database for future retrival. From visitor request, to visitor badge printing, it is a all in one system.
