The SFP64 Security Field Panel is a highly intelligent and sophisticated security monitoring and control system for buildings. Powered by a 32-bit CMOS main microprocessor, the SFP64 simultaneously handles up to 64 alarm input zones, 64 control output zones and the RS485 network communications to the host computer. Each input and output zones can be software configurable to the diverse behavior of the devices connected. The input zone configuration sets the action each time a connected device is activated or deactivated by setting to one of the 8 input types (Normal, Event, 24Hours, Timer, Entry-Delay, Off, Device and Disable). The output zone can be set to one of the 5 output types (Latch, Pulse, Toggle, State and Remote). Any input zone status can be used for logical AND/OR matrix operation and combined with the Timer function to activate any output zone matrix.
With nonvolatile data memory to store all configuration parameter and up to 3000 event buffers, the SFP64 offers an extremely high level of autonomous operation. A standard SFP64 configuration consist of a CPU module, 4 units of 16 zones input module, 1 (expandable to 4) unit of 16 zones output module and Power Supply/Charger with lead-acid battery all preinstalled inside a sturdy wall mounted enclosure.
Typical applications of the SFP64 include intrusion detection monitoring, building facilities status monitoring, fire alarm monitoring, electric door lock control, CCTV input switching, beacon/sounder/dialer activation, lighting control etc. The SFP64 together with the CAC can be linked to a central computer with the IBSS2000 software to form a complete integrated building security system solution.
