CCTV - Analog Infrared Cameras

Several different models of analog dome cameras were introduced in the previous issue. Now… let’s take a look at the infrared models.
Both analog dome and infrared cameras basically have the same working parts… a lens, circuit board, integrated circuits and casing. So how do they differ?
Infrared (IR) cameras are popular for both commercial and residential use, and works well both in dark and well-lit areas.
The ACM3758V is a value for money option that offers high resolution and built-in vari-focal lens for easy setting of the viewing angle. The IR coverage with this model is a cool 30m and is housed in a vandal proof housing, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The ACM3718V is similar but comes with a fixed lens and 20m IR range as a fuss-free option.
For longer IR range cover and high resolution, the ACM8758V is the perfect choice. This model is highly versatile with its 40m range and outdoor ready housing.
For the cost conscious customer, the ACM8118V has a value proposition that is hard to resist. The camera is similar to the ACM3718V with a versatile housing that offers mounting options for the user.
